Rustic cottage, situated on a large naturally landscaped lot

overlooking Paddy Creek. Quiet, with deep woods on two

sides located minutes from the heart of the quaint fishing

village of Cape Porpoise.

 

Five restaurants, general store/post office, two art galleries,

three lobster pounds, church and harbor pier all within

a fifteen minute walk. Less than a five mile drive north, past sea

farms and marshes, brings you to Goose Rocks Beach, one of the

few with soft sand dunes and harbor seals. Parking stickers

made available to temporary residents. Less than five miles

to the shopping, dining and schooner sailing

offered up by the bustling town of Kennebunkport.

 

Weeks available Sat. to Sat. $1200/week as of 6/14,

May 3rd to June 14th $1000/week.
